Everything was perfect!!! We loved our time at the elk lodge! Thank you for the last minute accommodations!

Loved the fire pit and smore station at this very family friendly property.

The house is exactly as advertised and the beach is steps away. We had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool was great.

We had an amazing week! The condo was exactly as pictured. I loved the murals, the tile, the comfy beds, and the view from the patio!! The proximity to the beach was fantastic and the complementary beach chairs and umbrella was a bonus! Did I mention the pool bar? Great place to grab lunch and have a drink! I also must mention that this condo provides everything….garbage bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, etc. There were 2 pools. One was heated and one was not. This unit is on the 3rd floor. One door down from the elevator. Also taking the stairs was super convenient when the elevator was taking too long. Be sure and eat at The Grand Marlin! Food and drinks were exceptional! Already planning my next trip back!! 🏖️☀️

Most beautiful and peaceful place ive ever been

Bill's place was the perfect beach house. The house was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. When we weren't relaxing at the beach (which is just a few steps away from the house) we were swimming in the pool. We had a wonderful time and will definitely book again.

Our 2nd time at dragonfly and we hope to come back again! Family friendly location, easy to spread out, perfect sized pool, and truly everything you need for a great beach stay!

The Elk Lodge was amazing. We were so thankful to be able to share a weekend with family at a beautiful location. The kitchen is so chef friendly, the game room was a great space, the fire pit was a great space to wind down a long day. The spacing of the rooms was awesome and allowed us to not be on top of each other. We had a blast and the weather could not have been better.

Everything you'd need at a vacation home was provided. Don't hesitate to book this one. It was amazing! Host was very helpful and kind in answering any quesitons we had. Thank you!

One of the best places we've ever stayed! The pictures were great but the actual home and views we even better! I would highly recommend staying here for any Whitefish trip you have. Our family absolutely loved it!

Amazing condo. Views are beautiful and it was spacious, clean, and beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the fire pit, hot tub, and nature. Would definitely recommend.

The house was beautiful. Very well maintained. Great kitchen and the beach gear was a real plus. Great communication from Bill. Only disappointment was the view in the listing pictures did not reflect the actual view. There are two houses across the street that are not reflected in the pictures and they obstruct the view. You can still see the water between the houses. Overall we had a great time.

This place is gorgeous! Located at the quieter end of the beach:) You are on the 3rd floor so expect some noise from the pool and street, a sound machine works great! Everything you need from comfy beds, coffee, beach towels, toiletries the works!! Super responsive!

We had a blast. The heated pool was extremely nice and the location can't be beat. The house was perfect. We had great experience with no issues with the house or lack of communication. 10/10 would recommend.

We had the best time. Everything was perfect. There was so much room in the house for an extended family of 12, including 3 very young children. We were close to the gulf, restaurants , and shopping. We had our grocery order delivered to the house…how convenient! The airport and golf course were a short drive away. We recommend having the pool heated for the stay. It made a huge difference for the children to enjoy. The beach and pool equipment were so appreciated.

I'm not sure where to begin with how beautiful the location, home, and beach was! This is definitely a beach house goal to meet for all beach house! From all the beach , the views, wall art , the soap dispensers! So easy to get to! This place has made so many great memories for my kids first beach vacation and hopefully many more to come! 10/10 recommend!

This is the very first condo we have stayed in and said WE MUST COME BACK and stay longer. My husband and I just LOVED this condo. The layout was excellent, and had everything one needs to be away from home. Looking forward to staying at another property which Bill rents out.

The place is great! It is really tucked away at the top of the hill so we had an incredible view to ourselves.

This was a great location. The house was very neat and clean. The only problems we had were the Portuguese Man-O-Wars washing up on the beach. Not Erics or Bills fault! There is a lot of construction causing narrow traffic lanes during the day so be careful when driving on the street next to the location. Thanks for a great stay.

Incredible house in an incredible location. The private balcony was awesome for watching the water in the morning and the front porch got a lot of sitting with the group. Beach access is right is across the street and the pool was awesome as well! Bill was a great host who was proactive in communication with clear instructions. We will be back!

Simply AMAZING! From check-in to check-out, easy, up-front, great communications, fantastic support, and the house was like being in our own home. Perfectly located in Banner Elk. Can walk in to town and centrally located for countless surrounding activities. Everything in this property was incredible (very clean and serviced hot tub).

One of our favorite places we've ever stayed at. We had the best time and didn't want to leave. The house itself is incredible and was stocked with everything we needed. The milkshake machine was so fun! We loved the hot tub, sauna, sipping coffee on the back porch while watching all the wildlife, playing games, and making s'mores at the fire pit. The host(s) were extremely kind and communicative, too. We will definitely be back!

Picked Sea Haven for our first family spring break trip and it did NOT disappoint. We loved how the house was just down the street from the hustle and bustle of GS but far enough away to be pretty quiet. My kids loved the pool and I loved the secure gate and fencing around it. The house was decorated so cute, but was also clean and functional. It was pretty windy most of the week we were there (early April) so we actually enjoyed being a short walk across the street from the ocean instead of directly on. The beds were comfortable and the whole experience was great for our party of 8. Would stay here again!

Everything was as advertised. Nice and clean, pool was great annd very close to the beach. Initially pool heat wasn't working but they were very responsive and had it fixed by first thing the next morning. The beach toys, chairs and umbrellas with the wagon to haul them were also a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time bringing our kids to PCB and I'm happy we chose this condo for them. It's a kids dream having the pool and ocean view from the balcony. They did not want to leave. I can't lie the outside of Regency Towers is a little dated but once you step inside of Chasing Rays you will forget all about it. The place is beautifully renovated and we had the perfect amount of space for our group. The rental provides almost everything you need. The pool was warm, for the adults the bar drinks were good, quick access to beach with free chair and umbrella service. Last but not least I am grateful for the speedy response from the host and service staff for the problems we ran into. I will recommend.

Bill's place was great. Easy for our families to get to and hang out. Was a super easy walk to the beach for fun!

Our family spent 5 nights here and loved it. The location was perfect, only a few steps to the beach. Beach chairs amd umbrellas were included in stay which was really nice. The condo is located right next to the elevator and stairs for easy access. The condo had all the little things that made it perfect for our family- cooking supplies even little touches like olive oil, spices, coffee choices, and plastic bags. There were also plenty of towels and blankets for our whole family of 6. We would definitely come back!

House was very nice and I had tons of fun with my freinds.

We absolutely loved our stay and would love to return in the future. We wanted a peaceful luxurious feeling beach house and that was exactly what we got! The hosts were very responsive and we really appreciated the small touches throughout that made it feel special (the toiletry bags in the bathroom). Thank you for a great week!

We've stayed at several beachside homes and condos and I think this is my new favorite. The location is perfect; right in the center of the complex, facing the gulf and directly over the pool. It's on the 3rd floor, so you feel like you're part of things even if you just hang out on the balcony. The decor is festive and gram-worthy. It was spotless. And the fellow travelers were all families, so it was peaceful but lively. I give it a 12/10, and I hope we can come back!
